Open "My Computer"

Right Mouse Button Click on C: Drive, Left Click on Properties.

Click on Disk Cleanup

Check all Items in List to Cleanup Click OK

#2c: Click Yes to perform Disk Cleanup

Click on Tools Tab

Error-Checking (Harddrive) Click Check Now

Check Both Boxes; Click Start

Click Yes and Reboot your Computer

This Process will take some time there is 5 steps in all, the computer must not be turn Off , when it is completed windows will start.

Defragmention of your Computer.
Perform Items #1, #2, #3

Click on Defragment Now

Your displayed will look Similar to this, Do not use the computer until it is compleated. If you have more than one drive do the next one and so on.

Click Ok When Completed. Restarting computer is recommended.

Now Your computer should perform much better.
