This Changes Happen for some Unknown Reason Other than its Microsoft Thing, I have called them with no resalable Response, Why?
  
  Cannot Connect to Internet
  1. Modem speed Changes from 38400 to 112500
  2. Always Dial my Default Connection Changes to Never Dial
  3. Looses username@yourisp and password.
  
  eMail Settings
  1. In Option/Connections one of the Boxes Becomes Checks.
  2. In Account/Mail/Servers Looses username@yourisp

On-Line But Cannot Surf.
 1. You say that U can connect but not surf,
 2. Testing you dial up Connection.
 3. Click on start, at RUN type in CMD, or Command 
 4. In the Dos Black Box type
 5. ping 209.206.166.201 "enter"
 6. The reply will tell us how your system is connecting and or if the problem is in your computer.
 7. A Full Reply 4X tells us Your connection is good tells us to ask if you have firewall other than windows, and has it expired.
 8. A time out reply of any of the 4 says to make sure your modem speed set to 38400, and or dirty phone line.
