Setting Up New Email

Most of these setting will work for other ISP Mail Providers 
username@yourisp.com
  and for SMTP mail.yourisp.com

Checking  Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook Settings

Open "
Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook" mail Program. Where it calls for yourisp.com

Checking Your Settings at anytime by clicking on "tools" and then "Accounts" select the mail account and click on "Add" you will see the "Mail" window shown below. Type in Your name John "Jane" Doe.

  Email Address @yourisp.com

next Click tab
Type of mail is POP3, enter "mail.yourisp.com"

Next Click tab.
enter your full email address and password

Next Click tab. Enter Name to be displayed.

Click Apply then Ok

 Now Go to Next Step to Check Your Extended Settings

 

Outlook Express Asking for Username and Password, it has Items check to be it's
  own Dialer.   To change this go to MS Outlook, Outlook Express it will show U which
  setting to change to make Internet Explorer Browser the Dialer. #s 5,9
  
 If Outlook can Receive, But Not send the My server requires Authentication is unchecked.# 4

Checking Your Settings at anytime by clicking on "tools" and then "Accounts" select the mail account and click on "Properties" you will see the "Mail Properties" window shown below. By clicking on the appropriate tab you can modify all the information described below.

  Starting with the General tab.

next Click on Server tab
other than INWI use account name "yourname@yourisp.com"
Check Mark My server requires Authentication

Next Click on Connection tab.
No Check Mark in this box

Next Click on Advanced tab. Server Timeouts Set to 4 min.

Click Apply then Ok

 Next Check Your "Options" Connection Setting, click on "tools" then "options". This will bring up the "Options window shown below.  Check all Setting as pictured.

Next Click Read tab
Set Read to "0" seconds

 Now click on Connections and make sure all setting Boxes Are Unchecked, as the picture or you will get a popup screen asking for a password all the time.

Click Apply then Ok and all setting are Correct.
